NEAA MISSION STATEMENT

To enrich and improve the lives of the boys and girls throughout the city by promoting athletic and youth development.

NEAA HISTORY AND OBJECTIVES

The NEAA was founded in 1960 and incorporated in 1961. Its purpose is to provide athletic, social, educational and civic activities for youth in the community.  Over the years, the NEAA has helped them attain a better education and job placement.  There are no salaried positions within the association as it is an all volunteer staff.  This organization which has been in existence for over sixty years proposes to expand its youth recreation and counseling programs to meet the comprehensive needs of Boston’s North End youth.

These programs help children stay off the streets and out of trouble.  The NEAA deals with a variety of children many of whom are in need of a caring and nurturing environment.  With NEAA, there is always someone there to listen and help them in any way possible, making it a better tomorrow for them.

The NEAA will never prevent a child from participating in one of our programs due to an inability to pay our program fees.  If you need help with fee payment, please contact us at (617) 750-9749 or jromano45@gmail.com.  All information will be kept in strict confidence.

The North End Athletic Association, Inc., is a tax-exempt 501c (3) organization.

NEAA HEAD INJURY POLICY
